Challenge
Iraq's real estate market lacked a unified, trustworthy digital platform. Buyers had no reliable way to discover properties across governorates, while brokers and developers had no scalable channel to reach verified buyers. The market was fragmented, opaque, and entirely offline.
Solution
We built DreamHome24 — a comprehensive real estate platform covering all 18 Iraqi governorates plus the Kurdistan Region. The platform features advanced property search with filters by price, area, and type; Google Maps integration for interactive location browsing; Gemini AI for automated content generation; multi-language support in Arabic, English, and Kurdish; WhatsApp direct contact, QR code sharing, and a full admin dashboard for brokers and developers.
